Dedicated to grandfather Carlo, exponent of the fourth generation of Cantina Martinez. STORAGE: Once the bottle is opened, if closed with its mushroom cap and stored in a dry place, away from sources of light and heat, it will keep well for several months.
PAIRINGS: Dry but soft and round, it knows how to preside over the table from the beginning to the end of the meal: it is excellent as an aperitif in combination with aged hard cheeses, Parmesan and dried fruit and is ideal as an after-meal wine with dry pastries and pies.
