PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND NOTES:
Colour: clear straw yellow with green highlights.
Bouquet: rich, intense, fruity.
Taste: dry, tangy, fresh and fruity.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 11° C.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Light hors d’oeuvres and all fish and shellfish dishes.
