This Sicilian white wine from Barone Montalto is a Pinot Grigio which boasts the Terre Siciliane IGT denomination.
It presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, the nose is fresh and clean with evident fruity notes of pears, green apples and white peaches.
On the palate they find the same scents as the nose with some citrus notes accompanied by an acidity that makes it balanced and fragrant.

On the palate the hints of fruit are accompanied by citrus hints which accompany a pleasant acidity which makes it balanced in the finish.
Barone Montalto's Pinot Grigio is an excellent wine to accompany aperitifs or a fish first course.

AREA OF ORIGIN Valle del Belice. Medium-textured surface soils with a predominantly clay-limestone component, good content of organic substance and iron.
TASTING NOTES This exotic example of Pinot Grigio has a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and clean with evident fruity notes of pears, green apples and white peaches. In the mouth there are hints of the nose with notes of citrus fruits and acidity that makes it balanced and fragrant.
PAIRINGS First courses, marinara risotto with clams and mussels. Serve at 8-10°C.
