Barone Montalto's Grillo Sauvignon Blanc is part of the Acquerello line that the winery wanted to dedicate to wines to bring to the table every day.
The scent is of citrus, grapefruit and orange blossom, on the palate the hints of fruit become exotic and help balance the lively acidity and the overall structure, giving a pleasant finish.
Perfect with fish-based first and second courses, but also with pizza, fresh cheeses and international dishes such as Mexican fish tacos

AREA OF ORIGIN Valle del Belice. Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter.
TASTING NOTES This wine has straw yellow color with light green highlights. The bouquet is full of citrus fruits like grapefruit as well as delicate orange flowers. The exotic fruits help balance out the lively acidity, giving a nice structure and finish to the wine.
FOOD PAIRINGS Fish dishes, raw and/or cooked shellfish. Serve at 8-10°C
