The C'D'C' Rosato is a wine that comes from Nero d'Avola grapes, in the vines grown on the estates of Baglio del Cristo di Campobello

The harvest of its grapes is done manually, which after being softly pressed are left to macerate on the skins for about 3 hours.

After which the must is separated and decanted to settle cold.

Finally it is aged in steel on the fine lees for 4 months, and for another 2 months in the bottle.

It is a rosé that has a soft pink color in the glass, while the nose has a bouquet of wild strawberries, mineral tones and hints of rose.

On the palate it is pleasantly acidic with a delicate savory vein, and closes with a few hints of aromatic grass.
