From a natural blend in the vineyard of Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes harvested in the Forfice vineyard, in the sunniest corner of the island, in the heart of the only DOCG in the south. Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Riserva represents the highest quality production of the winery. Maceration on the skins lasts for 100 days, to extract the maximum from the skins. Refinement is completed in Slavonian oak

This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.
Still and dry red wine, vinified with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, with a pleasant scent of wild berries with pleasant vegetal sensations, a long aromatic persistence and soft tannins.

Pruvenza 2017 is a wine with enormous potential. Frappato, a native grape variety that has always been produced in the Vittoria area, has the project of clearing the chiché which imagines it to be a wine to be drunk within the year.
On the nose, hints of red fruits and excellent drinkability, but also greater complexity and thickness than is usually found in the type.
To be paired with red meat dishes, cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses. Try it on a tuna steak.
