A biodynamic white wine that shows a very clear straw yellow with some golden reflections.
It is a white wine that is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and which boasts the Demeter certification, thanks to its careful biodynamic agriculture.
It is a wine with a soft, enveloping taste, with some notes of honey, ginger, chamomile and vanilla.

From a natural blend in the vineyard of Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes harvested in the Forfice vineyard, in the sunniest corner of the island, in the heart of the only DOCG in the south. Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Riserva represents the highest quality production of the winery. Maceration on the skins lasts for 100 days, to extract the maximum from the skins. Refinement is completed in Slavonian oak

From the Paolo Cali winery comes this enveloping Frappato Nero d'Avola, which will amaze you thanks to its fruity aromas with notes of cherries and red fruits and thanks to its round, fresh but very balanced taste.

Manene is the first wine of the Calì winery, a Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG that combines the aromatic shoulder of Frappato with the robust one of Nero d'Avola. A red wine with a complex and long taste that recalls the well-defined personality of the Vittoria vineyards in the Ragusa area.

Pruvenza 2017 is a wine with enormous potential. Frappato, a native grape variety that has always been produced in the Vittoria area, has the project of clearing the chiché which imagines it to be a wine to be drunk within the year.
On the nose, hints of red fruits and excellent drinkability, but also greater complexity and thickness than is usually found in the type.
To be paired with red meat dishes, cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses. Try it on a tuna steak.

A very fragrant and elegant biodynamic red wine, which enjoys Demeter certification, the largest private certification body for biodynamic agriculture.
At sight it has a ruby red color with some purplish reflections, while the nose is very rich as well as being very inviting, thanks to the fruity hints of cherry, raspberry, blood orange and blackberry, also accompanied by star anise, vanilla, carob and cinnamon.
On the palate it is very fresh and soft with notes of red fruits

A BIO white wine obtained from a blend of two native vines: 70% Sauvignon and 30% Chardonnay which has a straw yellow color with some greenish reflections.
A white wine with a very intense and lively bouquet, which offers aromas of fruit such as pineapple, medlar, banana, peach, plum, mixed with citrus notes and orange blossom flowers.
It is an BIO wine with a fresh, harmonious taste, with some delicate notes of white melon and grapefruit, and with a good aromatic aftertaste.
