We at Gocce di Sicilia suggest trying it on Trapani busiate
You can use this ready-made condiment, slightly heated, on its own directly on the busiate drained al dente. If you like, you can add grated ricotta salata on top.
Or you can enrich it with toasted breadcrumbs, a sprinkling of grated tuna bottarga or tuna in oil.
Direction to use:
Ready-to-use sauce for pasta, to be heated only. It does not require cooking.
To complete the dish we suggest garnishing as desired with a sprinkling of grated salted ricotta or grated tuna bottarga.
After opening, keep in the fridge, adding a drizzle of olive oil.
Ideal for dressing 2 pasta dishes.
