The "Bus" from which this pasta takes its name, in Arabic is a thin barrel used to roll up these long fusilli typical of the area of Trapani.
An handmade pasta factory produces them for us, paying the utmost attention to all the stages of processing, from the choice of the best wholemeat wheat semolina to the bronze drawing and the drying at low temperatures to ensure a higher cooking yield than industrial pasta.
