Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free Classic Milanese Panettone 500 g - Sal De Riso

Sal De Riso's classic Milanese, in a gluten-free and lactose-free version.

Sal De Riso, a pastry shop on the Amalfi Coast, has adapted its Milanese panettone recipe into a gluten-free and lactose-free version. The dough is made with lactose-free butter, grade A fresh pasteurised eggs and Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla pods.

The traditional candied fruit remains: Australian sultanas, candied orange peel and candied citron. No glaze or creams, just like the classic Milanese.

The 500 gram size is handy for a small table or as a gift for someone on a gluten-free diet. It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and eat it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: sugar, maize starch, rice flour, gluten-free wheat starch, lactose-free butter, fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg and egg yolk, Australian sultanas (7%) (grapes, vegetable oil), candied orange peel (7%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), candied citron (2%) (citron, sugar, glucose syrup), rice starch, dehydrated potato flakes, Bourbon and Tahiti type vanilla beans, brewer's yeast, humectant: sorbitol; fructose, psyllium seed fibre, pea protein, thickeners: xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; powdered glucose syrup (maize), emulsifiers: E471, sunflower lecithin; salt, vanillin.

May contain peanuts, soy, nuts, sesame and lupin.
