Anna Ricotta and Pear Panettone 1 kg - Sal De Riso

Sal De Riso brings the pairing of ricotta and pears to panettone. The dough is naturally leavened, with fresh butter, egg yolks, acacia honey and Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla, and contains no raisins, citron or candied orange.

Inside you'll find candied pears and a vanilla-scented ricotta cream.

On top, a white chocolate coating with more ricotta cream, pieces of biscuit made with toasted Italian hazelnuts and pieces of candied pear.

It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and enjoy it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 soft wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg yolks (11.60%), sugar, water, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: candied pears (17.50%) (pears, sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cream (14.00%) (water, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, ricotta powder (10.00%), high oleic sunflower oil, natural flavourings, salt, colour: calcium carbonate), alcoholic vanilla flavouring (0.20%).

Topping: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), ricotta cream, hazelnut biscuit cubes (toasted Italian hazelnuts, egg white powder, water, sugar, potato starch), candied pears, cocoa butter.

May contain peanuts, lupin, sulphur dioxide and sesame.
