Classic Milanese Panettone 1 kg - Sal De Riso

For Sal De Riso the Milanese is the benchmark panettone, so much so that they call it "Sua Maestà il Milanese" (His Majesty the Milanese). The dough is naturally leavened, with fresh butter, grade A egg yolks, Italian acacia honey and vanilla from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

The candied fruit is the traditional kind: Australian sultanas, candied orange peel, candied Diamante citron and a touch of orange paste. There are no glazes or creams: this is the panettone for the table, to be cut into tall slices.

It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and eat it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), candied orange peel (10.80%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg yolks (10.22%), sugar, Australian sultanas (9.7%) (grapes, vegetable oil), candied Diamante citron (6.5%) (Diamante citron, sugar, glucose syrup, water), water, natural sourdough starter (gluten), Italian acacia honey, salt, candied orange paste (1.20%), milk powder, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
