I Tre Cioccolati Gianduia Panettone 1 kg - Sal De Riso

Three chocolates and a hazelnut cream: this is the most indulgent panettone in Sal De Riso's Christmas range. The dough is naturally leavened, with fresh butter, egg yolks, acacia honey and Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla, with no raisins, citron or candied orange.

Inside you'll find white, milk and dark chocolate in equal parts, with a hint of orange paste.

On top, a coating of custard cream and dark chocolate, with white, milk and dark chocolate pearls.

The gianduia touch comes separately: the box contains a piping bag with 90 g of hazelnut cream, made with Giffoni PGI hazelnuts among others, to fill each slice.

It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and eat it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: white chocolate (4.60%), milk chocolate (4.60%), dark chocolate (4.60%) (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, milk whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin), orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar).

Topping: custard (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic vanilla flavouring, butter, egg yolks, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti, pectin), dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), white, milk and dark chocolate pearls (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cereal biscuits [wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt, wheat starch, raising agent: E500ii, salt, cocoa butter, natural flavouring], soy lecithin, maltodextrin, shellac, natural vanilla extract).

May contain peanuts, nuts, lupin and sesame.

Cream in the piping bag (90 g): sugar, hazelnuts (25%) (of which Giffoni Hazelnut PGI 12.5%), sunflower seed oil, vegetable oils and fats (high oleic sunflower, cocoa), fat-reduced cocoa, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sea salt. May contain peanuts, nuts, lupin, gluten, eggs, sesame, molluscs and crustaceans.
