Shaped like a crown to honor the Three Wise Men, Pan dei Re combines soft texture and aromatic depth. Its dough is prepared with the finest ingredients:
Ingredients: Water, Italian soft wheat flours type 0 and type 1 (EU origin), butter, sugar, egg yolk (category A), salt, natural sourdough, orange zest, sultanas, malt, wildflower honey from Canicattì, Madagascar vanilla beans, semi-candied citron, semi-candied orange cubes (glucose syrup, sucrose), candied fig cubes, candied ginger cubes, Pisto Napoletano (a blend of traditional Neapolitan spices), orange and lemon flavoring, sunflower lecithin.
Topping: Whole almonds, sugar, powdered sugar, rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, egg white.
