Prepare, according to your favorite recipe, a nice soft sponge cake and add about 100 grams of chopped pistachios to the mixture; once taken out of the oven, let it cool, cut in half horizontally and stuffed with the Gocce di Sicilia Pistachio Sweet Cream.

To decorate it, grease the side edge and the surface with a thin layer of honey with a brush and with the help of your hands make a generous sprinkling of Pistachio flour adhere well.
