This Limited Edition of the Colombe Pasquali from the Inglima pastry shop is a triumph of aromas and flavours.

Inside you will find candied orange cubes and raisins, all anticipated by the heady scents of orange peel and local wildflower honey.

But the real surprise of this Limited Edition are the cheeses inside the dough: Butter and Robiola from the Lepre dairy, which give that extra edge to this Colomba!

The cover is the classic glazed cover with raw almonds and sugar, which will open the doors of your palate to the thousand flavors of this dove!

INGREDIENTS: Water, type 0 and type 1 soft wheat flours ground in Italy (EU origin), butter and robiola cheese from the Fratelli Lepre Dairy, sugar, category A egg yolk, salt, mother yeast, Italian orange peel, raisins , malt, wildflower honey from Canicattì, vanilla beans from Madagascar, semi-candied orange cubes (glucose syrup, sucroose), orange and lemon flavouring, sunflower lecithin.
