It is a soft dough, the same as that of handmade Sicilian Panettone which is enriched with local green courgettes, pistachios and almonds.
Like any self-respecting Panettone from the Inglima Pasticceria, this Inglimotto is also taken care of down to the smallest detail, starting from the ingredients used: only fresh and short-chain products, such as eggs, butter, or the courgettes used in this case.

The main feature of this Inglimotto is certainly that of being able to carry the soul of Christmas within you throughout the year! In fact, this soft tile is a dessert that has no periods, which is inspired by Christmas, but which can be enjoyed throughout the rest of the year!
Its flavors are reminiscent of Sicily, from courgettes, strictly local, to almonds and pistachios, which have a great tradition in Sicily.
The Inglimotto is presented inside a colorful box that pays homage to nature and the generous land of Sicily, which is represented as a goddess surrounded by typical elements of the island's iconography.
