This Marsala is a D.O.C. fortified wine produced in Marsala, in the province of Trapani, in Sicily.
Alcohol and mistelle, an element responsible for the balance and smoothness, are added to the wine during the concia process, which is the stage when the type of Marsala being produced is defined.

From Frappato grapes: one of the oldest varieties of Sicilian vines, which finds its maximum expression in the territories of the DOC Vittoria. A fragrant red, fresh and with soft tannins, with intense floral notes of violet and rose combined with hints of fresh red fruit.

A Sicilian wine with a ruby red color, which stands out for its floral scents of lavender and violet. The fragrant bouquet is enriched with notes of red fruits and spicy and balsamic nuances.
In the mouth it is fresh with a pleasant return of fruity notes and a soft and enveloping tannin, with a persistent and elegant finish.

It is, in fact, a white wine made from pure Moscato Bianco grapes, which come from the wonderful vineyards of Targia, in the Syracuse area, in the territories of the Pupillo Cellars
Its taste is the traditional one of a dry white Moscato, that is, a dry and soft taste, with a persistent finish. The scent is very intense and aromatic, releasing floral and fruity scents.

This Solacium Passito di Siracusa releases spicy, aromatic, very broad aromas, while the color is a fairly bright golden yellow.
