Brut sparkling wine, comes from the Etna vulcanic soils from Nerello Mascalese grapes, sparkling in white with the classic method. A sparkling wine with refined perlage, subtle grain, continuous and persistent, characterized by colors with shades tending towards bright gold, with a complex flavor and rare elegance.

A very fresh and fruity Brut Etna DOC sparkling wine, which comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes, a type of grape highly appreciated in Sicily, which creates an elegant and refined wine with a very particular character.
The Gaudensius Rosè Etna DOC has a brilliant rosé color and the nose comes with a bouquet of delicate aromas that recall red fruits and flowers.
On the palate it is very fine and persistent.

In color this Brut Millesimato Spumante appears a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is large and elegant, combining aromas of white currant and white plum, with notes of sage and rosemary.
Fresh and refined flavors stand out on the palate, with good minerality, which leave an aromatic and savory finish in the mouth.

This Sicilian white wine was born in the Firriato winery, from Zibibbo grapes, an aromatic variety suitable for dry winemaking.
