The Grillo family collection of the Barone Montalto winery, is a fresh and fragrant white wine, which returns intriguing notes of cedar, tropical fruits and a harmonious and velvety palate.
On the palate is harmonious, it fully represents the best qualities of a fertile terroir such as that of the Belice valley in the Trapani area, and of the grape variety that characterizes it.
To be appreciated in combination with fish dishes, poultry and white meats in general, shellfish or fresh grilled vegetables

Produced from pure Chardonnay grapes grown on the land of Santa Ninfa in the Trapani area, the Montalto white Cucunci is a lively and balanced wine, sparkling, aromatic and pleasant, with a fresh acidity and aroma of yellow fruits and green apple.
Vinified with the Martinotti method, it is an aromatic and seductive sparkling wine, ideal to accompany appetizers or aperitifs, grilled fish or tartare, marinated anchovies.
Cartizze is a Prosecco Superiore, which can be savored accompanying the aperitif at the end of the meal, for example accompanied by delicate desserts, perhaps based on fruit.
Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze is a DOCG sparkling wine produced exclusively in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, with a bright straw yellow color, its aroma is intense and fruity, vaguely reminiscent of rose, the fine and persistent Perlage, soft on the palate, dry and mellow.

The 1930 is an excellent Prosecco Brut, which has a very intense and elegant bubble, with floral notes. It goes well with everything, but even more with Aperitifs and fish-based dishes.
Reluì is the Prosecco Extra Brut from the Varaschin winery. Brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense and elegant with hints of wild apple. On the palate it is dry, savory and harmonious.
It goes perfectly with fish main courses, but, given its excellent balance, it is also ideal to accompany aperitifs with typical cold cuts and cheeses.
A Prosecco that surprises, on the palate it is very light, and despite being a Brut it is a little fruity to the taste.
Excellent to combine with fish, but it also goes well with appetizers, vegetables and cold cuts.

The Brut Cucunci Spumante is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes that grow in the Belice Valley, a hilly valley in the Trapani area.
It is a sparkling wine with a fine, delicate perlage, which recalls exotic and citrus scents, typical of Pinot Grigio grapes.
Excellent both for an elegant aperitif and for a delicate first course such as seafood risotto, thanks to its fresh and balanced flavour.

The Spumante Brut Rosè Cucunci comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes which grow in the Belice Valley, a hilly valley in the Trapani area.
It is a very elegant sparkling wine, which has a pale pink color and a fine and elegant perlage, where fruity notes of cherry and white flowers stand out.
Thanks to its typically acidic flavour, it is excellent both for an aperitif and also throughout a meal.

This Sicilian white wine from Barone Montalto is a Pinot Grigio which boasts the Terre Siciliane IGT denomination.
It presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, the nose is fresh and clean with evident fruity notes of pears, green apples and white peaches.
On the palate they find the same scents as the nose with some citrus notes accompanied by an acidity that makes it balanced and fragrant.

The Passivento method is the method that involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit room, where the skilful control of ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
The wine then ages for a period in steel and for another 12 months in wooden barriques.
This Sicilian Riserva red wine comes from a blend of Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, resulting in a fruity and intense red wine, which excellently accompanies important dishes with strong flavours, such as game, stews and mature cheeses.
