It can be used as an addition to first courses to make them more aromatic, but it is also an excellent addition to second courses of meat, fish, or even desserts!
Also excellent as a snack if enjoyed alone.

It is a type of grape of great quality, very uniform in its aroma and very intense in its flavour, typical details of the Zibibbo grape from Pantelleria, which is historically recognized for its great quality.
Its aroma is intense, sweet, typical of dried grapes, which can be enriched by preserving it under grappa, brandy or passito.
Its color starts out as a golden yellow color, which then turns plum color after drying.
