Tax includedThe Spadafora Agricultural Company is located in the municipality of Monreale, a few kilometers from Palermo, in the Virzì district. It boasts over 100 hectares of vineyards, distributed over an area warmed by the hot Sicilian sun and crossed by the fresh wind. Francesco Spadafora, son of Don Pietro dei Principi di Spadafora, founder of the Agricultural Company, dedicates himself with passion to the revaluation of native and non-native vineyards destined for the creation of quality wines. According to the company's philosophy, all production takes place on their lands and the harvested grapes are transformed immediately, so as to preserve their quality as much as possible.
It is a fresh and elegant wine, with a harmonious and fruity aroma, which is part of the Don Pietro line, created to evoke the history of the family.
A first part is harvested in the second half of August and a second part in the first half of September, to have different conditions of acidity and sugars. The must of the second harvest is added to the first, already fermenting, so that the fermentation, around 13°, lasts longer, gaining in elegance. Once the long fermentation is over, after a racking, it remains for a year on the clean lees, a process that allows it to acquire structure and finesse.
Well-balanced acidity and flavor, a deep straw yellow color and a fruity aroma, which make it a fine and structured wine at the same time.

Taste: rich, savory.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 13° C.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Fish dishes and white meats. It also goes well with semi-soft cheeses.
