The white wine Passivento Terre Siciliane IGT produced by Barone Montalto from a blend of Grecanico, Catarratto and Chardonnay grapes in the Santa Ninfa area in the Belice valley in Trapani. With a balanced and elegant character, it is an expression of the territory from which it comes.

The particular vinification method used is the Passivento® Method, which involves the partial drying of the grapes starting directly in the vineyard and then completing in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.

With a dull straw yellow color, the scent recalls hints of exotic fruit, citrus and orange blossom. The flavor is fresh and elegant, moderately structured, persistent.
