Alessandro Viola is a seasoned oenologist with important work experiences in Italy and Europe, including a collaboration in the past with Donato Lanati. He personally takes care of all the phases, from the agricultural management of the vineyard to the vinification operations of the grapes, having himself a degree in viticulture and enology.
