An awesome Sicilia DOC red wine comes out from the hilly terroir of the Baglio Sorìa estate: Bayamore, an elegant blend of slight overipen grapes of Frappato, Merlot and Syrah vines. This wine is deeply marked by the aromatic profiles of the blend of grapes of its production as well as the sun exposure and temperature fluctuations influencing them. Bayamore is the gift of this sunkissed nature. Its intense color enchants the sight, small red fruit fragrances conquer you on the nose, ultimately the freshness of important and elegant tannins surprises the palate. This is the ideal Red for young winelovers desiring a most decided and elegant approach to experience the Bacchu’s world.
