The 1930 is an excellent Prosecco Brut, which has a very intense and elegant bubble, with floral notes. It goes well with everything, but even more with Aperitifs and fish-based dishes.
A Prosecco that surprises, on the palate it is very light, and despite being a Brut it is a little fruity to the taste.
Excellent to combine with fish, but it also goes well with appetizers, vegetables and cold cuts.

Reluì is the Prosecco Extra Brut from the Varaschin winery. Brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense and elegant with hints of wild apple. On the palate it is dry, savory and harmonious.
It goes perfectly with fish main courses, but, given its excellent balance, it is also ideal to accompany aperitifs with typical cold cuts and cheeses.
The Fruicrem 100 base is the base for fruit ice creams with a creamier effect, excellent to be prepared both hot and cold.
The structure of the ice cream is very smooth, dry and with a very high overrun.
