We are in the Valdobbiadene area, specifically on the hills where the San Pietro di Barbozza vineyards are located, within a vine that is 100% Glera.
The harvest, which is done manually, takes place between 25 and 30 September
The Vinification is carried out with a traditional method, in white and at a controlled temperature, by softly pressing the grapes
It has a straw yellow color and a fine and resistant perlage
The scent is very intense and elegant, with wild apple smells.
On the palate it is dry, sapid and harmonious
