The structure of the ice cream is very smooth, dry and with a very high overrun and this allows the ice cream to be kept for a long time without the risk of forming "wells" inside the trays.

It contains neither fat nor milk derivatives. Neutral taste.

DOSAGE: 100 grams of base, 1 liter of water, 250 grams of sugar

ATTENTION: For some flavors (for example for melon ice cream) it is advisable to use milk instead of water even if the latter is generally used more for making fruit ice creams.
