This is Sal De Riso's most spectacular panettone, designed as a gift. The dough is naturally leavened, with fresh butter, egg yolks, acacia honey and Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla, with no raisins and no candied citron.

The filling tells the story of the Amalfi Coast: limoncello custard cream, candied orange cubes, candied Amalfi Coast PGI lemon peel and lemon essential oil.

Outside, a white chocolate coating with orange cubes, lemon chocolate flakes and limoncello cream.

The packaging is a gift hatbox decorated with the patterns of Vietri ceramic tiles, with a shopping bag in a matching design: no extra wrapping needed.

It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and enjoy it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: limoncello custard (13.30%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic limoncello flavouring (1.25%), egg yolks, pectin), candied orange cubes (10.43%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), candied Costa d'Amalfi Lemon PGI peel (3.65%) (900 g of "Limone Costa d'Amalfi" PGI per kg of finished product) (Costa d'Amalfi Lemon PGI peel, sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.

Topping: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), orange cubes and lemon chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, colour: carrot extract), limoncello custard.
