Limoncello Panettone 1 kg - Sal De Riso

Artisan Limoncello panettone with Amalfi Coast PGI lemon, from the Sal De Riso pastry shop.

The lemon is the symbol of the Amalfi Coast, and in this Sal De Riso panettone it is the undisputed star. The dough is naturally leavened, with fresh butter, egg yolks, acacia honey and Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla, and contains no raisins, candied orange or citron.

The filling combines a limoncello custard cream, candied Amalfi Coast PGI lemon peel and lemon essential oil, for a fresh scent you notice as soon as you cut it.

The topping is white chocolate with lemon chocolate flakes and more limoncello cream.

It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and enjoy it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: Limoncello custard (27.50%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic Limoncello flavouring (1.25%), egg yolk, pectin), candied Costa d'Amalfi Lemon PGI peel (900 g of "Limone Costa d'Amalfi" PGI per kg of finished product) (Costa d'Amalfi Lemon PGI peel, sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.

Topping: white chocolate and lemon chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, colour: carrot extract), Limoncello custard.
