DOSAGE: 100 grams of base, 1 liter of water, 250 grams of sugar

ATTENTION: For some flavors (for example for melon ice cream) it is advisable to use milk instead of water even if the latter is generally used more for making fruit ice creams.
Have fun enriching your ice cream with fresh, dried or candied fruit or with delicious toppings.
