HARVESTING AND GRINDING: October/November months;

EXTRACTION: Cold extraction through mechanical and continuous mean;

PACKAGING: 250ml/500ml/1l glass bottles; 5l ALUPACK; 10ml unit-dose “Easy Dressing”;

TASTE:
-Good density;
-Gold color;
-Olive fruity with a hint of artichoke, wind rag and tomato;
-Slightly bitter/spicy taste.
