Filoro - Extra-virgin olive oil from organic farming
oil produced in the province of Syracuse with olives harvested in olive groves cultivated with certified organic agriculture.
The olive grove is located at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level. The olives are harvested with a manual picking system and the oil is extracted in a continuous cycle by cold pressing, without chemical procedures, to preserve the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of the freshly harvested olives.
Olive oil Olea: Nocellara Messinese 90%, other varieties 10%.
Color: Golden green.
Smell: Intense fruity of freshly cut grass.
Taste: Herbaceous with love and pleasantly balanced spicy.
Directions for use:
Excellent for dressing salads, legumes and to enhance red meats.
Store in a cool and dark place. Once the bottle is opened, always make sure to close it well before placing it in the pantry in order to better preserve the properties of the oil.
