These biscuits, prepared following ancient Sicilian recipes handed down from generation to generation, are handmade using only high quality ingredients.

Like manna, a precious product obtained from ash trees in the Castelbuono and Pollina areas, which gives the biscuits a natural sweetness that blends harmoniously with the vibrant aroma of Sicilian oranges. Each bite will be an explosion of authentic flavors and a real treat for the palate.
