The basis of this condiment is made up of juicy lemons and sweet oranges, the citrus treasures of wonderful Sicily. Their essential oils and fruity flavor come together to create a symphony of fresh and lively citrus notes. Sweet carrots, with their hint of earthy sweetness, come into the mix to add an unexpected depth of flavor and pleasantness

Dry and dehydrated product. Ideal for seasoning 2 kg of pasta!

Using them is very simple! Just pour the contents of the bag into a saucepan with a little water, soften the ingredients for about 2/5 minutes on a low heat, finally add a little oil to make the sauce.
