Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan workshop over the years becomes a small company, where each product is born in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of best ingredients of our land.

The love and passion for baked goods handed down from generation to generation are essential for making traditional, good and genuine biscuits, capable of reviving the authentic taste of old-time biscuits.

Cosi Chini are typical Sicilian biscuits, stuffed with a filling rich in excellent ingredients: dried figs, sultanas, toasted almonds, apricot jam, chocolate chips, honey and coffee. A delicious and rich filling, a tasty crumbly shortcrust pastry and a coating of white icing and colored sugar sprinkles, exactly as the traditional recipe.

Individually wrapped in a transparent sachet, they are packed in a colorful cardboard box.
