Comfortable and genuine pistachio and almond paste dough that, when diluted, turns into fresh and thirst-quenching pistachio-flavored milk. The quantity of the 200 g block is optimal for obtaining a liter and a quarter of a drink.

Making pistachio milk is very easy: you have to dilute the dough with half a liter of hot water to make it melt well and then add half a liter of cold milk (or, if you prefer a lighter taste, another half a liter of cold water instead of milk), mix well and let it cool a little in the refrigerator. Here now the pistachio milk is ready to refresh your summer days!

The diluted dough can also be used to make the original Sicilian granita.
