Grappa di Nero Gold - pure distilled Nero d'Avola 100% aged in Barriques
Balanced and aromatic gin, with Sicily smell and sea taste! Ionic, like the sea that gives it an original and exclusive flavor, fragrant like the mix of Botanical that make it legendary. A particular and salty taste, balanced between the aromas and flavors of the summer sea breeze and the typical notes of juniper, enhanced by typical Sicilian citrus scents.

Corda Pazza was born from the encounter between the Sicilian native vines Frappato, Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes.
The surprising blend gives life to a ruby red with violet reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma that recalls the hints of morello plum with a background of berries, iquirice and chocolate. Corda Pazza is full, warm and rightly tannic on the palate.

Maliquò - Bitter of many herbs - F.lli Pistone
Amaro produced with cold alcoholic maceration of grain alcohol with herbs and aromatic plants such as eucalyptus, gentian and mugwort. On the nose, a strong balsamic hint of eucalyptol; in the mouth, the marked freshness is combined with a strong, decisive and persistent taste, which leaves the palate fresh even after a lavish lunch.
Format: 70 cl - 35% VOL.
"Core is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard that has always been called Core by the local farmers. In Sicilian, "core" means heart. In fact, the vineyard seen from above has the shape of a big heart."
This red wine is a Certified Organic wine with a very territorial character, which gives off notes of plum, spices and red fruits with hints of cocoa and licorice.
The color is ruby red with light purplish reflections and the taste is very fresh, soft and round, with typical tannins.

Combination between Tuscan grape and Sicilian lands. Sangiovese sapling vines at the foot of Etna: a volcanic terroir that re-elaborates its personality and gives this wine a unique intensity and balance. Particular and very pleasant on the palate.

Frappato is an ancient vine grown mainly in the province of Ragusa, where it expresses its full potential.
The hints of red berries, which are also perceived on the palate, are the characteristics of this wine that make it pleasant to combine with both meat and fish.

Our Grillo shows a straw white color with sage green reflections. On the nose the bouquet is fresh with notes of citrus flowers, while on the palate it is quite savory and mineral, with a return of citrus notes, combined with a pleasant freshness.

This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
This strong mineral structure therefore gives the wine particular sapidity, freshness and minerality.
The color is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, while on the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with a long aromatic intensity with notes of almonds.

"Vrucara is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard whose land has always been called "Vrucara". It takes this name because the vruca is widely present, in Sicilian it is the name of a bush that spontaneously grows around the vineyard. This herb with a mentholated scent mixed with incense oil. "Transferred" into the ancient vine plants, unique, characteristics that we find later in the wine."
The Vrucara is the label that is a bit the symbol of this winery, which comes from old prephyloxxera vines.
