A delicate and at the same time decisive wine, from the union of four different grape varieties: Carricante, mainly, Cataratto, Grecanico and Minnella.
A wine that never loses its terroir and its brightness. Versatile, it adapts well to any dish, from rabbit or chicken, to fish, to hors d'oeuvres based on meats and cheeses, up to fruit.
What the company tries to produce is not a common rosé wine, but the perfect combination of the elegance and body of a white and the grit and soul of a red.
A joyful but never frivolous wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes.
Very versatile, it goes well with fish, poultry, soups, pasta, ham and melon, salami and figs or even simply with bread, olives and cheese.
The Cuvée delle Vigne Niche di Terre Nere is produced with only Carricante grapes, with its straw yellow color with golden reflections, it will perfectly accompany first courses of vegetables, fish or second courses of white meats, thanks to its intense and fat flavor, but at the same time of great freshness and flavor.

Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.
In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.

Still wine with a very intense ruby red color. The nose perceives aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of dried fruit, in particular walnuts and almonds.
The ValPolicella Superiore 2015 in the mouth is harmonious and velvety, with important tannins and a finish of fruit in alcohol. Perfect with red meats, game and braised meats.

Produced from ancient Prefillosseric vineyards, about 130 years old, this wine represents the pride of the Terre Nere estate. The Nerello Mascalese grapes give Prephylloxera a supernatural finesse also thanks to the presence of volcanic soils with a high percentage of pumice stone mixed with basalt.
From grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, Santo Spirito is a sensual and succulent wine, always seductive, with an almost fleshy bouquet and a rich and enveloping palate, but always pure and balanced.
Very refined but also tender. At the same time generous and vulnerable.
It goes very well with game dishes, soups, noble poultry and pork.
