AMARA is the Sicilian liqueur that was born on the slopes of Etna, produced in small quantities, selecting the best "Red Oranges of Sicily IGP" that the Red Company has been cultivating for generations in the orange groves in Contrada San Martino in Misterbianco.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOC 2006, from the historic Dal Forno Romano company, comes from Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta grapes in the vast territory of Val d'Illasi, in the province of Verona.
Its character allows it to become the perfect accompaniment for smoked meats and aged hard cheeses.

Thirst-quenching craft beer in full Sicilian Wheat Ale style, made with the 5 best Sicilian ancient grains such as: Tumminia, Bidì, Russello, Maiorca and Perciasacchi.
A "tummino" (about 16 kg) was taken for each type of grain, it was processed and combined with barley malt, to create a simple beer suitable for every moment, with an earthy and herbaceous aftertaste, typical of Sicilian craft beers.
Enjoy it in all its splendor together with appetizers and mixed fries, or simply with some snacks in company!
