Amaro Amara - Sicilian Bitter Liqueur
AMARA is the Sicilian liqueur that was born on the slopes of Etna, produced in small quantities, selecting the best "Red Oranges of Sicily IGP" that the Red Company has been cultivating for generations in the orange groves in Contrada San Martino in Misterbianco.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOC 2006, from the historic Dal Forno Romano company, comes from Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta grapes in the vast territory of Val d'Illasi, in the province of Verona.
Its character allows it to become the perfect accompaniment for smoked meats and aged hard cheeses.

Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.
In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.

Still wine with a very intense ruby red color. The nose perceives aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of dried fruit, in particular walnuts and almonds.
The ValPolicella Superiore 2015 in the mouth is harmonious and velvety, with important tannins and a finish of fruit in alcohol. Perfect with red meats, game and braised meats.

The liqueur, which is born at the foot of Etna from the best IGP Red Oranges of Sicily, is wrapped in a great passion handed down from generation to generation within the great orange groves of Misterbianco, at the foot of Etna.
Excellent digestive to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, to be served chilled. Try adding a crush of aromatic herbs and an ice cube made with orange juice to the bitter.
Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.
Excellent to combine with meat main courses such as Lamb and Beef. But also a good plate of pasta with tomato sauce.

The "Mofete" is a wine that is born on the slopes of Etna, from grapes grown in soils composed of volcanic sands, stones and exclusive rocks.
