Produced from Nerello Mascalese grapes, with a small percentage of Nerello Cappuccio, in the Feudo di mezzo district of Castiglione di Sicilia, at the foot of Etna. Balanced and elegant with a broad and intense bouquet of cherry and wild berries. Produced with organically grown grapes.

Grillo Doc from grapes grown in C.da Grottarossa in Caltanissetta with organic methods.
With a golden straw yellow color, the scent is fine and clean with delicate citrus notes, acacia honey and typical floral scents. In the background, spicy aromas of white pepper and currants emerge. Good balance between flavor and acidity, hydrocarbon notes stand out destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.

Intense straw yellow color. On the nose floral and fruity notes together with aromas of orange peel, toasted hazelnut and marzipan. Excellent gustatory structure, enveloping mouth, the long, dynamic and balanced finish on the sip is smooth and very elegant.
