Brut sparkling wine, comes from the Etna vulcanic soils from Nerello Mascalese grapes, sparkling in white with the classic method. A sparkling wine with refined perlage, subtle grain, continuous and persistent, characterized by colors with shades tending towards bright gold, with a complex flavor and rare elegance.
A red with a sweetly fruity aromatic texture and light salty and spicy touches.
It develops in the mouth complete and articulated, crunchy and broad, fresh and full of chiaroscuro.

These are 3 very important fine wines:
- Oltrecento is a sweet fortified wine vintage 2017, a Marsala Superiore Dolce DOC perfect to accompany good sweets such as the typical Sicilian pastry, or chocolate
- Targa is a very long-lived wine, as is denoted by its vintage: 2006. It is a Marsala Superiore Semisecco Riserva DOC, a very important wine made with only Grillo grapes and also excellent to accompany good desserts but also to accompany some good aperitif
- Terre Arse is also a very long-lived wine, a 2003 Marsala Vergine Riserva DOC vintage, a dry wine excellent to accompany good fish
This Sicilian white wine was born in the Firriato winery, from Zibibbo grapes, an aromatic variety suitable for dry winemaking.
It presents a very fresh and aromatic bouquet, with hints and aromas reminiscent of spring, accompanied by marine notes given by the proximity of the vineyards to the sea.

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas, but in this case it has created a Passito that comes from Zibibbo grapes coming from the island of Pantelleria.
The natural drying of the grapes under the sun guarantees a perfect concentration of sugar and aromas for a complex and full-bodied wine.
It is a wine rich in nuances, excellent for meditation or to accompany fresh pastries.
