Caeles Cataratto is a wine that unites nature, respect for the local area, and quality together. It is a vivid example of organically produced wine, characterised by herbaceous hints with a good structure giving fruity tones of unspoilt nature.
A rosé wine, fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant persistence of taste, with a lively and persistent aroma, with floral and fruity returns of red fruits, in particular blackberries and raspberries, softened by pleasant hints of lychee.
The new Milazzo label: the Maria Costanza Rosso Riserva 2013 is an expression of Elegance and Character. Harvest of 2013, bottled in November 2016, only Nero d'Avola, the best grapes selected plant by plant to best describe the exceptional nature of this indigenous grape variety.

Corda Pazza was born from the encounter between the Sicilian native vines Frappato, Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes.
The surprising blend gives life to a ruby red with violet reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma that recalls the hints of morello plum with a background of berries, iquirice and chocolate. Corda Pazza is full, warm and rightly tannic on the palate.

Obtained from the careful processing of Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes, flanked by 10% of Viognier and 5% of Sauvignon Blanc, we are faced with a Reserve that, although in the name it draws inspiration from Maria Costanza Bianco, is the result of an original path.
With a bright straw yellow color, it is able to perfectly accompany a great variety of dishes based on fish, cheeses and cured meats, vegetables or light meats.

From the warm purple red color with violet reflections never scratched by time. A captivating red wine, with almost balsamic aromas, including hints of red fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and white pepper.
The taste is expressed with elegance and softness, thanks to the delicate notes of red fruits and the sweet velvety tannins. The long and pleasant persistence stimulates drinking.
It goes perfectly with all types of meat, but also with cheeses, risottos and rich first courses.

In Montenero we find all the personality, elegance, respect for nature and the tradition of the wines of Abbazia Santa Anastasia. An elegant and austere wine, with an intense ruby red color.
The 24 months of barriques are told, in a surprising olfactory experience between hints of undergrowth, anise, white chocolate, vanilla, licorice.
Harmony and vigor to the taste, allow combinations with important dishes based on red meat, game, game, aged cheeses and cured meats.

"Core is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard that has always been called Core by the local farmers. In Sicilian, "core" means heart. In fact, the vineyard seen from above has the shape of a big heart."
This red wine is a Certified Organic wine with a very territorial character, which gives off notes of plum, spices and red fruits with hints of cocoa and licorice.
The color is ruby red with light purplish reflections and the taste is very fresh, soft and round, with typical tannins.

These are the words through which Baglio Oro wanted to present this new organic white wine born from vines found near the wonderful sea of the western Sicilian coast, precisely in Marsala.
This organic wine comes from Grillo grapes, a white grape variety that has made the history of the vines of Western Sicily, which in recent years has been reinterpreted in a modern key, thus entering among the great wines of the Italian wine scene.

The Cru of Casa Milazzo. Obtained from various Chardonnay vines from the Milazzo winery harvested on 25 August 2004.
It was aged for more than a year in oak barriques and bottled in July 2006.
Furthermore, only just over 12,000 bottles were produced, where it remained in refinement for over 6 months before being released on the market.
