These mackerel fillets are handcrafted with the utmost care in the selection of the raw material and in the quality of the manufacturing process.
The mackerel are cleaned by hand and without chemicals. Once cleaned and cooked in water and salt, the fish are filleted and placed by hand in glass jars with olive oil, without adding preservatives or flavor enhancers.
Recommendations for use:
Excellent second course accompanied with seasonal vegetables or a nice boiled potato salad.
Mackerel fillets are also perfect as an appetizer.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
