COLOR Light straw yellow, with subtle nuances of green tones.

NOSE Opens with gentle notes of wild flowers and broom and almost immediately develops fresh scents reminiscent of mango, papaya, ripe banana and yellow-skinned melon; after a few moments subtle evocations of rosemary and laurel emerge.

PALATE Harmonious and composed, it fully demonstrates its agile and lively nature exhibiting a very satisfying acid vein, which interacts perfectly with the soft structure, giving it an enviable drinkability.
