In Lipari, in the splendid Aeolian Islands, on a plain 350 meters high supported by the ancient kaolin quarries, there is an excellent enological and landscape project.
The Tenuta di Castellaro winery was born from the heroic recovery of volcanic soils and from the careful selection of the oldest native vines of the Aeolian archipelago. Our vineyards, entirely grown with Etna sapling and organically, give life to a variety of natural blends with great organoleptic and qualitative potential.
Produced on the island of Lipari from Malvasia delle Lipari and Carricante.
Dry white wine, intense and balanced, of great finesse and freshness, with fruity and almond scents and a long and lasting flavour.
