Allucià, a pure Grillo with strong mineral notes

This white wine from the young Navarra Winery  is a pure Grillo that is left to refine for 5 months on the yeasts and for 1 month before being bottled.

The color is a beautiful straw yellow with some greenish reflections.

On the nose, however, it opens with a mineral bouquet that is given to it by the soil in which it grows, a sandy soil with a high presence of minerals which influence its minerality. After these mineral notes, strong notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple, as well as white pulp fruit such as peach, arrive on the nose.

On the palate it is savory, with a marked hardness and a marked minerality.
