Straw yellow color enriched by greenish reflections. The bouquet is rich in citrus aromas, in particular grapefruit and delicate orange blossoms.

On the palate the hints of fruit become exotic and help balance the lively acidity and the overall structure, giving a pleasant finish.

Barone Montalto's Grillo Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that lends itself to combinations with all fish-based first and second courses, but also goes very well with pizza, fresh cheeses and international dishes such as Mexican fish tacos.
