The Pan Ricò, a Panettone where Sicilian tradition meets the great innovation of the pastry chefs of the Nuova Dolceria, who here combine candied ricotta and cinnamon jelly with candied orange and ginger slices. All then covered with a white chocolate glaze, which makes it even more delicious.

And also the Ibleo Panettone from Nuova Dolceria, made with a dough with a very soft heart, thanks to the use of "mother dough". A Panettone, with the addition of dried figs, walnuts and candied oranges, all covered with the classic icing with sugar, almonds and even walnuts.

Both Panettones are 500 grams.
